Par-A-Dice Hotel Casino recently welcomed central Illinois’ newest steakhouse, William B’s, to the property. To celebrate this momentous milestone, Par-A-Dice executives and local media gathered for a ribbon cutting to mark the start of a new dining experience at the property.

William B’s Steakhouse is a dining experience founded on flavor and built on exceeding expectations. Conveniently located inside the property’s main entrance, William B’s features an entirely new look and feel from Boyd’s Steakhouse. The space features a stunning bar, cocktail area, main dining room and a 14-seat private dining area.

While Boyd’s Steakhouse was a longtime guest favorite, Par-A-Dice and Boyd Gaming are always looking for ways to improve and enhance the guest experience. William B’s menu features some of Boyd’s Steakhouse staples, such as the Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp and Beer-Battered Chicken, alongside new favorites like the Atlantic Salmon and Lasagna Al Forno. The menu is designed for diners of all ages and offers an attractive price point for guests.
